  About Exsomnis 

The Exsomnis logo is derived from the Celtic imagery of my ancestry. The  logo itself comprises a series of intersecting circles symbolising the connectedness of things and the aspiration we have as humans for the various components of our personal and work life, our organisations and the wider world around us to achieve a sense of balance.

Exsomnis can be interpreted in various ways. Literally meaning 'out of sleep' this reflects the pursuit of common sense, being real, acting with integrity.  As a leader it's about getting to grips with the changed world we find ourselves in and working out how to best navigate the challenges and opportunities that are unique to our time.

About me

After nearly 40 years working in public and private sector healthcare in the UK and New Zealand my role as a CEO ended in December 2022 under the NZ Health Reforms. After some time for refreshing, and in response to requests, I began to support others in their leadership journey through my Leadership Partnering approach (coaching with guidance!). Exsomnis has grown from there and now provides a range of personal leadership and organisational support options using the diverse range of skills and experiences I've gained through years of doing the hard yards.
